FormForge ("we", "us") is a 3D printing and CAD design service operated by JADE Holdings, based in Israel. This policy explains what personal data we collect through formforgestudio.org, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
Contact and quote requests: when you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, country, currency preference, message content, and any files you choose to upload.
Analytics data: when you browse our site, Google Analytics collects your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on site, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected in aggregate to help us understand how the site is used — it is not used to identify you personally.
We do not collect payment card details, national ID numbers, or any special category / sensitive data through this website.
Why we collect it
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or fulfil an order you request. Analytics data is used to understand which content and services visitors are interested in, and to improve the site.
Legal basis
We process contact form data with your consent, given when you submit the form, and to take steps toward a contract at your request. We process analytics data with your consent, given via the cookie banner when you first visit the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Contact form submissions are only accessible to FormForge. Analytics data is processed by Google under Google's own privacy terms. Where an order proceeds, payment processing partners receive the information necessary to process payment — we do not store your card details ourselves.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to: tell you what personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your data where we have no legal reason to keep it; or object to how we use your data. Contact [email protected].
